The incidentals module allows you to keep track of any expenditure not relating to people’s cost, such as contractors, traveling, office and the like.

  1. New block: Create a new block as a group of related cost items.
  2. Cost items: Within a block you can create as many cost items as you wish and account against them. Note that you can enter negative numbers in the budget or spent column.
  3. New item: Create a new cost item. You can create an accounting entry for every transaction.
  4. Totals: See your total budget and spent across all blocks.
